Modification Policy

Transparent cancellation, rescheduling, and order modification guidelines to ensure a smooth catering experience.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • 5 Days or More before the event – 90% refund
  • 72–120 Hours before the event – 75% refund
  • 48–72 Hours before the event – 50% refund
  • Less than 48 Hours before the event – No refund

2. Date Change Policy

  • More than 72 Hours before the event – No date change fee.
  • 48–72 Hours before the event – 15% of order value (minimum ₹1,000).
  • Less than 48 Hours before the event – Date change not permitted.

Revised event date must be at least 72 hours after the modification request.

3. Order Modification Policy

Quantities can be modified up to 36 hours before the event.

  • You may increase quantities without limitation.
  • You may decrease quantities up to 20% of order value
