2. Service Locations

We currently serve Bengaluru and selected surrounding areas. Availability in other cities or locations is subject to operational feasibility.

3. Delivery Schedule

Delivery timelines are scheduled based on the event date and time selected by the customer during booking. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure availability.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, transportation fees, parking charges, and other location-specific costs may be charged separately depending on the venue and distance.

5. Setup and Service

For buffet, live counters, and staffed catering services, our team will arrive before the event start time to complete setup. Setup duration varies depending on the package and event size.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate venue address and contact details.
  • Ensure venue access and required permissions.
  • Arrange electricity, water, and service space if needed.
  • Inform us about loading restrictions, lifts, or parking limitations.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Acceptance of Delivery

The customer or an authorized representative must be available at the venue to receive the order and confirm delivery completion.

9. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards. Food quality is assured at the time of delivery and service.

10. Delivery Failures

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, denied access, or customer unavailability, the order may be treated as fulfilled and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

We may use third-party logistics or staffing partners where necessary to ensure timely service delivery.

12. Force Majeure
